1. Charge

Hotel room is at least for 2-person-use (in case only 1 person will stay, extra fee will be needed). Price is for 1 person and basically breakfast and dinner are included.

2. Child charge

Above 11 years old : Adult fee
6~11 years old : 70 percent of the Adult fee.
0~6 years old (if bed and dinner needed) : 50 percent of the Adult fee
0~6 years old (if bed and dinner not needed) : Price varies depending on the hotel

3. Necessary information for application

Name of the representative
Number of persons (classified into adults and children, men and women)
Room style (Japanese or western)
Whether or not Japanese food is acceptable
Area of hotel
Budget for accommodation per 1 person
Name of hotel (if decided)

4. Others

At hotels, meals will be served either in restaurant or in room. Hot springs could be either outdoor or indoor. Some of hotels have both. Besides room charge, 5% consumption tax and hot spring tax (150 yen per 1 person per day, only for adult) will be added to your bill.
