【Notice】About changes in business hours of Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center

The Odakyu Sightseeing Service Centers are Japan National Tourism Organization-authorized information centers specifically for foreign visitors (except the South Exit location). When you arrive in Shinjuku from the airport, please pay us a visit. We have tourist information relevant to Hakone, one of Japan's best-known onsen (hot spring) areas, delicious foods, popular souvenirs, and much more. We can also inform you of the convenient and economical Discount Passes to help reduce your travel budget.
There is also an Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center at Odawara Station. Staff are always on hand to provide information in English, Chinese. Depending on the day, we also have staff who speak Thai, so please contact us.

Hakone-Yumoto Tourist Information Center

At least one English-speaking representative is on duty at all times. On weekends, Chinese- and Korean-speaking representatives are also available. This center provides detailed information on sightseeing in Hakone.

Togendai Station is a point for connecting to the Hakone Ropeway, the Hakone Sightseeing Cruise and other Hakone attractions.

Shonan Fujisawa Concierge

A tourist information center on the second floor concourse outside the JR Fujisawa Station South Exit. One of the main services provided is offering a variety of sightseeing information as tourism suggestions by representatives proficient in foreign languages. We sell also handpicked local specialties from along the Fujisawa-Enoden line as well as Enoden goods. We also provide baggage storage services.
