Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center

Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center is a Japan National Tourism Organization-authorized information center specifically for foreign visitors. When you arrive in Shinjuku from the airport, please pay us a visit. We have tourist information relevant to Hakone, one of Japan's best-known onsen (hot spring) areas, delicious foods, popular souvenirs, and much more. We can also inform you of the convenient and economical Freepass to help reduce your travel budget.
There is also an Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center at Odawara Station. Staff are always on hand to provide information in English, Chinese and Korean. Depending on the day, we also have staff who speak Thai, so please contact us.

What souvenirs are popular?

For Japanese-style foods, "wagashi" (Japanese sweets) are popular. Beautiful wrapping paper with Japanese designs are also popular.

What should I do if there is something I cannot eat for religious reasons, etc.?

Please notify us in advance so that the hotel or ryokan can make necessary arrangements for your meals.

Is it difficult to reserve observation deck seats on the Odakyu Limited Express "Romancecar"?

Please contact us with the reservation details for your preferred travel date. If possible, we will make the reservation.(welcome@odakyu-dentetsu.co.jp)

Can meals be eaten in hotel rooms?

For customers who prefer a private room, we are able to refer you to ryokans with room service, as well as hotels with family baths.

Where can I buy the Fuji Hakone Pass?

The Fuji Hakone Pass, which allows you to obtain discounts on travel in the Hakone and Lake Kawaguchi areas, is available for purchase from the following:
・Sightseeing Service Center in Shinjuku(Please note that the pass is not available for sale at the Sightseeing Service Center in Odawara.)
The Fuji Hakone Pass is a discount ticket that includes round-trip train tickets departing from/arriving to Shinjuku and bus tickets.

Open-air hot spring baths with views of Mt. Fuji, or of inspirational scenery in Japan, are very popular. People are now more knowledgeable about the quality and benefits of spring water. The hot spring day-trip to "Tenzan Tohji-kyo" is also highly popular.

We are very proud of the Hakone Sightseeing Cruise, which is enormously popular with visitors to the lake Ashinoko. The view of Mt. Fuji and the seasonal scenery that can be enjoyed from the deck are exceptional.
