Lost and Found

If you have forgotten or lost something on an Odakyu train or in a station, contact the nearest station staff member as soon as possible.

Once you have confirmed the station holding your belongings, go the Lost and Found with your identification (a passport or resident certificate). You may also have a representative retrieve the belongings, provided that the representative has a power of attorney letter (inin-jo) and identification. Please note that unclaimed items are turned over to the police after a certain period of time.
