For dinner, guests can enjoy a seasonal Japanese kaiseki meal featuring premium ingredients such as Hakone Seiroku Wagyu beef, fresh seafood from Sagami and Suruga bays, and locally sourced vegetables from Seiroku and Seisho areas.
